I aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Order by noon for next day delivery (Select Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout). Friday orders placed after noon will be processed Monday.

Returns

I am happy to provide a refund for items returned within 14 days of receipt. I do ask that all returned items be unworn, in new condition and be in the same packaging provided. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons I cannot offer refunds on earrings. Please note that initial delivery costs are non- refundable (with the exception of faulty items).

How can I make a return?
Simply notify me by email contact@by-suz.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

A note of your name and order number must be included along with your returned unworn and undamaged item(s). When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You must cover the delivery cost for returning your unwanted item(s).

Once I have checked and received the return, refunds will be credited by way of the original payment method. Please note that initial delivery costs are non- refundable. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed.

All sale items are final and non-refundable.

​Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the stones used.


What if my item is faulty?

I’m so sorry! I do my very best to provide quality pieces of hand crafted jewellery and I want my customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you’ve received a faulty, or incorrect item, please send me an email contact@by-suz.co.uk with a photo of the fault as well as your order number and I’ll be more than happy to help.
